Trimix Machine

Tremix flooring is a form of flooring that is mainly used in industrial areas and it can be done by using the Trimix Machine. This type of flooring has superior tearing and wearing properties and commonly used in industries where a rigid surface is needed for machine platforms, light load carrier vehicles, and light weight cranes. In general, the concrete blend used for Tremix is 1:1:5:3 which is, 1 cement, 1.5 sand and 3 stone aggregates, with a richer 1:1:2 mix favoured for improved wear and tear. This flooring requires reinforcing based on its thickness, with the thickness of concrete varying from 100 to 200 mm.
